Built From Real Experience. Driven By A Clear Purpose.
Premium Outsourcing was not built on theory. Before founding the company, our founder spent years working hands-on with U.S.-based ecommerce businesses and small firms, learning the real operational challenges that growing businesses face when trying to manage finances, marketplaces, and day-to-day operations at the same time. That experience made one thing clear: most small businesses do not fail because of bad ideas. They fail because operational costs eat their margins before they ever get the chance to grow.
Premium Outsourcing was founded in January 2023 to change that, giving small and medium businesses access to experienced finance and ecommerce professionals at a fraction of what local hiring costs. Today we are a registered business operating under the Government of Pakistan, verified by the Pakistan Software Export Board as a licensed software and services export company, and a proud member of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We are not just an agency. We are a credible, accountable partner invested in your growth.

“We think like owners, not employees. Your goals are our goals.”
— Shaheer Aslam, Founder
Before founding Premium Outsourcing, I spent years working directly with U.S.-based ecommerce businesses and small firms, and completed more than 30 financial due diligence engagements alongside a CPA firm. That work made one gap obvious: for most small businesses, cost and margin pressure, combined with processes that were never built to scale, were the real things holding growth back, not a lack of good ideas.
I built Premium Outsourcing to close that gap by bringing finance and ecommerce specialists together under one roof, coordinating on the same assignment instead of working in isolation. Premium Outsourcing exists to help small and medium-sized businesses grow and outperform while cutting costs, improving margins, and running on processes built to scale with them.
From Firsthand Experience To A Growing Business
Hands-On With U.S. Businesses
Long before starting the company, our founder worked directly inside U.S.-based ecommerce businesses and small firms, managing books, marketplaces, and day-to-day operations from the inside, not from a distance.
Seeing The Gap From The Agency Side
Time spent working alongside U.S. agencies and a CPA firm, completing more than 30 financial due diligence engagements, made the pattern clear: small businesses weren't failing from bad ideas. They were losing margin to rising costs and processes never built to scale.
Founding Premium Outsourcing
That gap became the reason Premium Outsourcing exists. We brought experienced finance and ecommerce professionals together under one roof, coordinating on the same engagement instead of working in isolation.
